All umpires need to attend one, but are welcome to attend both.  
These clinics will cover field and plate mechanics.

Individuals who are interested in being a League Umpire are encouraged to attend the Junior Umpire Clinics. 
A League Umpire is someone who is interested in umpiring for more than one team and/or division within the league.
